I know photographers always say they want to be best friends with their couples and I completely feel that because that's how I felt the moment I met Tori and Mike! Before we'd had their first video call, we didn't know all the connections weaved between our lives but turns out not only was I friends with Mike's brother at one of my previous jobs- my cousin is best friends with Tori and Mike! (They've even gone to Disney together too!)

I was so excited when Tori told me where she wanted to do her engagement session because I'd always wanted to shoot at the LBI lighthouse! This spot was super important to the both of them and made the shoot feel so special itself! We started off with the lighthouse in the background and then stepped onto the rocks.

We were getting the perfect golden hour/sunset the whole shoot!

After taking some pictures at the actual lighthouse, we took a walk down one of the paths and found these cute walkways! 

It was honestly such a perfect day for an engagement shoot too, the weather was perfect. I'm honestly obsessed with how these pictures turned out too!

We ended their session on a small beach and had the PERFECT sunset. I mean the skies were giving cotton candy with how pretty they were! It felt magical.

The photos we got of Tori's ring were also so special, Tori and Mike always make pinky promises to each other and it was just such a sweet moment. It's a picture we NEED to recreate on their wedding day in May!

Overall, I had such a fun shoot with these two and I'm so so excited for their wedding.
